THE LOWER BODY BLASTER

This reverse lunge tightens up the muscles in your legs, bum, back and stomach.


  • Stand upright with the band under your left foot, holding the ends in each hand by your waist.
  • Breathe out and step your right foot behind you into a backwards lunge stance, simultaneously raising your arms forwards and up as high as possible.
  • Breathe in as you return to the start position.
  • Aim for eight reps on each leg.
