The waist whittler

Plank circles are excellent for toning your obliques (the muscles at the side of your waist) and creating a flat stomach. They'll also strengthen and trim your arms and shoulders.


  • Keeping a strong core, push the ball forwards and round 360˚ clockwise. You'll only manage small circles to start with.
  • Repeat anti-clockwise and continue for 60 seconds.
