Workout at home with these four simple Swiss ball moves
Plank circles are excellent for toning your obliques (the muscles at the side of your waist) and creating a flat stomach. They'll also strengthen and trim your arms and shoulders.
Have looked at several exercise & work out DVD's and they look really good, huge respect for people with this committment, I am still looking at different programs to get stuck into with hubby, no decision yet but fingers crossed. A big thank you for all the tips I have found so far.
