The face of Puma Bodytrain, singer Kimberley Walsh likes to mix it up for her workouts, with at-home personal training sessions a favourite.
She explains, 'I'm intimidated by gyms, especially because people may recognise me as well.
'If I work out at home or at my trainer's house, then I feel I can just go for it and not have to worry about that.'
