Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 DVD
 1 of 10

Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30, Acacia RRP £15.99

Jillian Michaels, the trainer on The Biggest Loser USA has created four challenging yet effective workouts that get progressively harder. They all follow the '321 system': three minutes strength, two minutes cardio and one minute abs but no move is repeated, so you won't get bored. Instead, you'll reap maximum benefits - brilliant!

You can follow the 'beginner', or more advanced 'bad ass' girl and Jillian demonstrates exactly how to perform every move to avoid strained necks or pulled muscles. She's ultra-motivating, in a borderline bootcamp scary way, growling motivational 'encouragement' like, 'Give me everything or you're not going to see results!'

My heart was pumping throughout and it worked every single muscle in my body. An effective workout for all levels of fitness.

Looking a the photo of Davina is really misleading it shows her with a six pack but when i watched her work out on the bigest loser she had a flat stomach yes..but definately NOT a six pack i wish they would just be honest!
