The calorie blaster

Dance Central, £39.99, Xbox360

Two left feet? Not a problem. Step-by-step instructions, an on-screen dancer to follow and tracks from the likes of Rihanna will keep you motivated.

A sensor tells you when you've missed a step and offers drills to help you correct mistakes. Even the 'easy' setting offers a calorie-blasting workout.

I use EA sports 2 on PS3, I really rate this. I work up a sweat everytime and can see the results, much more toned.

hi, i also have a PS3, and use something called Sports Champions, you compete against the computer at Table tennis, archery, disc golf, gladiator fighting and a few others, its good fun because you dont realise your working so hard til the day after when you ache (or you do if your me and forget to stretch out!!!)
