Lie on your back with knees bent, heels on the ground and your toes pointing upwards.
Rest your arms on the floor, palms up.
Lift your hips off the ground 20 times, not letting your bottom touch the ground in between reps.
Lift one knee up then repeat the action 10 times. Repeat with the other knee lifted.

Bend your knees and jump high into the air, lifting your arms overhead.
As you land, bend your knees and touch the floor.
Jump both feet backwards, until you’re in an upright press-up position, jump your feet back in and repeat.

Get into a plank position and bring your left knee towards your chest and then out towards your right elbow.
Repeat with your right knee, aiming for your left elbow.

Swing your arms out to the sides, bringing your elbows up high and pointing your thumbs up.
Repeat 20 times.
